To help the customer efficiently handle parcel sorting while reducing labor input, Wayzim designed an advanced narrow belt sorting system solution for the customer.
The system includes infeed conveyor lines, dynamic DWS systems, Narrow Belt Sorters, and supporting chutes, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the sorting process. The Narrow Belt Sorter can flexibly use a single carrier or multiple carriers based on the different sizes of parcels, optimizing parcel handling efficiency.
In addition, Wayzim designed different varied of chutes, including common chutes for roll containers/consolidation bags, temporary storage chutes, and adjustable Unit Load Device (ULD) drop chutes, effectively meeting the needs of different types of consolidation containers.
